Connecting Nicollet County allows contributors flexibility in how they would like to contribute. Donors can contribute towards funding an entire session, providing scholarship dollars, general program support, or create a special contribution of their own.
How can you contribute?
For CNC to succeed, we need supporters of all size and types. We greatly welcome personal visits with our coordinator or a member of our board to discuss other potential ways of contributing to the program.
If you already know how you would like to donate to Connecting Nicollet County, checks can be mailed to Connecting Nicollet County at PO Box 382 St. Peter, MN 56082. Checks can be made out to Connecting Nicollet County.
How will your donation be utilized?
Connecting Nicollet County is currently tax exempt under the Nicollet County Historical Society while it pursues its own 501(c)(3) status. Monetary contributions are deposited into a separate Connecting Nicollet County account within the Nicollet County Historical Society. Your donation is considered tax deductible as a charitable gift.
Privacy Policy
The privacy of our supporters is of utmost importance. Donor records are held in the strictest of confidence. Only in the assistance of solicitations can board members access lists and records. Non-anonymous donor mail lists are only released to program participants or board members to extend appreciation for the gifts. The general public is not allowed access to these mail lists. Only those authorizing release shall receive individual or business name listing in recognition and promotional materials.
The Board of Directors retains the authority to refuse and/or return donations which do not meet the ethical standards of the program. Receipt of funds from any given donor or group of donors, shall in no way influence the Board of Director’s selection of class members or the content or direction of the program.
